Refund and Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges or returns of most items within 30 days of receipt. All items must arrive back at our warehouse in unused condition for a refund. We refund you back on the original card used for the transaction. For gifts purchased by someone else, you may request your refund in the form of a gift card. Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Sale items (price ends in $.99) and seasonal items (price ends in $.50) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will happily replace items if they arrive damaged. Shipping damages must be reported to us with photos at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for replacement.
