Selling your home? Our owner, Courtney, is a former real estate agent who marries her expertise in the design and real estate fields to bring you staging services that help homeowners sell their homes quickly for top dollar.
This service includes up to three trips to your home:
1. Pre-Staging Appointment: Courtney will go through your home with you to help you declutter and give you small projects that will help your home stand out to buyers. You will receive a customized list of projects in order of importance within 24 hours after our pre-staging appointment.
2. Staging Appointment: After your home has been decluttered and de-personalized, Courtney will use your current décor to stage your home and make it look its best for buyers. This may include moving furniture to create better flow or make your room(s) appear more spacious.
3. Photo Appointment: Courtney will come to your home on photo day, as coordinated by your real estate agent, to ensure photos run smoothly and nothing is out of place. She may opt to bring a few props on photo day to make your photos stand out. If Courtney is unable to be at your home during photos, she will come to your house no more than 24 hours prior to your photo shoot to ensure your home is ready. In certain circumstances, staging and photo appointments may happen concurrently.
This service also includes guidelines and checklists to help you keep your home show-ready at all times during the showing and appraisal phases of your real estate transaction.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. All seasonal and sale items are final sale.
